Giacomo Rossi, a young presidential candidate with the recent provincial acts on the matter but it does wind as usual, heavily and in no uncertain terms. "During the election campaign," said Rossi, "I have repeatedly expressed to the question of the various wind projects encourage the use of better alternatives, care, information and common sense if they were to be achieved.
